To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, Mumzworld may request that you provide a copy/picture of your valid ID for verification. If we are unable to authenticate your information, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
If you reside in the UAE or KSA and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days from the time of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

- If you cancel your order before it is packed, you are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed including shipping fees and any customs charges, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once the order is dispatched, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
