Organic flax seed oil in Omegavyte 3 6 9 provides Omega 3 fatty acid namely Alpha lenolenic acid, Omega 6 fatty acid namely Linoleic acid and Omega 9 fatty acid namely Oleic acid. , Ideally ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids in our body should be 1:2 but normally in our body ratio is 1:20 to 1:50.
