From the day a product is delivered, customers have a full 14 days to return it — no questions asked.

• We’ll arrange a free pickup, So you don't need to leave home

• Once your item is collected, you’ll get an SMS in 24 hours confirming your refund is on its way.

• Refunds go to your original payment method, or to your Mumzworld Wallet if you prefer.

• Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed to your Wallet only.

• Go to "My Account."

• Navigate to "My Orders." and select the order ID that includes the item(s) you wish to return.

• Click "Return Items."

• Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose the quantity, and provide the reason for the return.

• Click "Continue" to proceed.

• Choose your preferred pickup date and refund method, then click "Confirm Your Return."

A Few Things We Can’t Take Back

At Mumzworld, your trust and your family’s safety are everything. While we wish we could accept all returns, a few products are not eligible — to protect health, hygiene, or ensure fairness for all mums.

1. Used or Opened Products.

• For safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition and packaging. This protects every family that shops with us.

2. Items with Damage from Wear or Misuse

• Even under warranty, We can't accept returns on products that show signs of wear and tear, improper use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect cannot be returned.

3. International Orders (Outside UAE & KSA)

• We’re currently unable to process returns for international orders — unless the item is defective. If that happens, we’ll ask for verification (like a photo), and we’ll take care of it from there.
