Hassle-Free Returns in 14 Days
From the day your order is delivered, you have a full 14 days to return it.
For added convenience, we’ll arrange a free pickup, so you don’t need to leave home.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued according to your selected refund preference.
You may choose to receive the refund to the original payment method used when submitting the return request, or to your Mumzworld Wallet.
Orders paid via Cash on Delivery are refunded to the Mumzworld Wallet.
Once the item is collected by the courier, refund processing begins within 12-24 hours.
Some items may be refunded immediately after collection, while others may be subject to review based on our internal standards before the refund is completed.
If the item requires a review, the return will be approved after confirming that the product is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
Once approved, refunds are issued as follows:
- Mumzworld Wallet: within 24–48 hours
- Credit Card: 5–7 business days
- Mada: 7–14 business days
If the item does not pass the review, our Team will contact you to explain the reason. The item will then be reshipped to your address within 1 to 3 days, depending on your location.
Notice
For orders paid via Tabby or Tamara, please note that the refund will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order and cannot be transferred to the Mumzworld Wallet. The refund process usually takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment service provider.
Uncollected Reshipped Items
If a returned item is not collected after notification, Mumzworld reserves the right to dispose of it in accordance with applicable laws.
