Containing Xylometazoline Hydrochloride, its vasoconstrictive properties quickly narrow the blood vessels, reducing swelling and relieving sinus pressure for improved breathing, with relief often starting in just 5 to 10 minutes.
Formulated for adults and school children (6 years and above), the spray is preservative-free and manufactured in Germany by Ursapharm. The dosage is one spray in each nostril up to three times daily, ideally every 8 to 10 hours. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to prevent rebound congestion. Important: Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have hypertension, glaucoma, or a thyroid disorder, and for children under 6 years.
